My 2 friends and I showed up 2 minutes before the Flot class started. They would not let us in the class because we did not come 10 minutes early. I scheduled the class over the phone with one of the employees there and she did not tell me that I had to come 10 minutes early. It was my birthday and my friend had driven 2 hours down from Columbus to visit me and take this class with me. They were not very apologetic and only offered for me to sign up for another class since I had already paid, they did not even refund me. I work in customer service and I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated which is a shame because I had taken the Flot class once many many month before and really enjoyed the class.
