This location refused to accept my Cigna Active&Fit Direct card even though the Cigna website clearly lists the location. Didn't even offer a guest pass or anything for my troubles. I understand if the website is wrong but the manager was no help, told me to tell Cigna he was going to sue them (????), and slammed the door in my face.

This has to be the most well equipped snap fitness in the country. I am visiting Cincinnati from columbus and have been blown away by all the range of equipment available at this gym. My home gym is probably a 10th of the size. Thanks for doing what you do and keep it up. Also, nice to see all the Rogue Fitness equipment. 12/10 gym experience.

This has always been my favorite gym downtown. Snap is always clean and well maintained. Very nice equipment. Way better than any other gym in the downtown area! Only a block north of Fountain Square.

This has always been my favorite gym downtown. Snap is always clean and well maintained. Very nice equipment. Way better than any other gym in the downtown area! Only a block north of Fountain Square.

Great place for a great workout! Good equipment, the pool and hot tub are great, and the owner and his parents are absolutely fantastic! Just one thing to remember... don't ever try to be nice and hold the door to the gym to let anyone else in. Apparently it's a big "no-no" with the front desk gentleman. You will get sassed!

Very good equipment. What it lacks are the finishing touches. Water fountain that doesn't dribble water would be a good start.

The convenient location of the gym downtown is great for a guy like me who is always on the move. The composition of the gym allows for a more personal workout because there are different areas for designated machines, benches, treadmills, other cardio, etc. There was no pressure, staff members were helpful and informative but didn't make me feel uncomfortable.

I love this gym, the staff are wonderful and their are always Personal Trainers around from Nutrition Dynamic willing to offer advice and answer any fitness and nutrition related question. They also have a wonderful selection of healthy snacks and drink. This Snap has definitely won me over.

This is the most friendly and professional gym I have ever been in. The front desk service is wonderful and always up for a conversation and knows everything about the city.
By far the best Snap I have ever been in!

Best gym in Downtown Cincinnati by FAR. The only 24 hour gym and it is now one of the largest! Love it here! The new location in the Carew Tower is amazing and offers even more amenities than before.

One of the best views in the Midwest outside of Chicago - and a really beautiful architectural gem. Just stunning.
