I'll start off by saying I am one of those people who think you need to be sweating like crazy to feel like I am getting a good effective workout and was a naysayer of "mat" type workouts, proclaiming them to be too easy. I have come to tell you people of Google how wrong I was about Pilates as well as the barre classes! I was a sweaty mess and had an amazing (and fun) workout! Not only that but the instructor was so nice and patient with my lack of coordination.
The owner, Cydney is also awesome and super informative! That chick knows her stuff, especially because I am being cautious about an old knee injury.
Can't wait to go back!
