I have been doing one on one sessions with Cydney and it was amazing. I told her that I have always had an issue with my posture. She has helped to customize workouts that have made such an improvement that I have been asked by friends and family what have I been doing differently lately. I would highly recommended Core Cincinnati to everyone.

I'll start off by saying I am one of those people who think you need to be sweating like crazy to feel like I am getting a good effective workout and was a naysayer of "mat" type workouts, proclaiming them to be too easy. I have come to tell you people of Google how wrong I was about Pilates as well as the barre classes! I was a sweaty mess and had an amazing (and fun) workout! Not only that but the instructor was so nice and patient with my lack of coordination.
The owner, Cydney is also awesome and super informative! That chick knows her stuff, especially because I am being cautious about an old knee injury.
Can't wait to go back!
