I'm very fond of this particular Planet Fitness because it's the one where I originally joined. They have updated their equipment and that has made it easier to get in a great workout. It's also close to my home, so that really makes it convenient. The staff is very nice and willing to help. If you're looking for a place to workout and feel at home, come on in. You won't be disappointed.

I just came in to cancel my membership. I am cutting out any expenses in my life that don't serve me. Honestly I do not go to the gym. I digress, Jaylah helped me cancel my membership. I felt bad stopping my membership just because she was so nice. I saw her actually address one of the gym members by his first name, a real plus in business. Sorry too say bye planet fitness but all the best.

This a roomy clean healthy environment. The staff is very helpful especially Gage. There are alot of amenities especially if you are a black card holder. All the machines have diagrams of how to use the machine and what muscles they work. I recommend this location

Pretty good gym, I never had any issues. It be nice if it was bigger like some of the other locations. Staff is usually friendly too.

Great gym, staff is very helpful. I have never waited for a machine. I got my membership during a 25 cent promotion. I also like that you don't have to sign a contract.

Great gym, friendly staff, all the equipment you could want, always buzzing with clients any time of day but always space to work out. Bathrooms are very clean, whole place is spotless; bring your own lock and you can use any of the lockers. I never feel out of place here as an average human looking to shed a few calories - people of all walks, ages, sizes, and goals!

Need new water fountains that chills the water. Currently they are luke warm which makes a terrible taste in my opinion.

Staff is somewhat helpful. Counter people didn't know how the machines operated real well. Need a bit more training and more smiling faces! People are getting ready to destroy their bodies, a smiling face would be very nice?

The tanning beds need a good cleaning. I was there yesterday and today in the stand up bed and you could tell it hadnt been cleaned. Same black hairs fill the bottom that were there yesterday. I pay good money for this membership hopefullu they get it cleaned up or I will be cancelling.

Good place for basic exercise which is what most peopld need, I do wish that they had more free weights, squat rack, hack machine...

I have been going to the Finneytown location for several years. The facility is very clean and the equipment is well maintained. I also belong to the YMCA but I kept my PF membership because I like it better than the Y for strength training.

I LOVE this gym. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and the facility is cleaned regularly. Brandon is an excellent manager and takes the time to really listen. You can tell he wants to make this the best gym possible. I am so glad I picked PF Finneytown.

Shiti ass service I ever get from Brentwood planet fitness worker I never go back there again cuse they don't kno them job how they gonna give u membership or how to cancel membership or even if my membership been canceled they still charging me money from my account and those worker need to be fired cuse they don't kno how to talk to coustmor

I have been here plenty of times and know when the ac is on, so today I ask the girl at the counter if the ac is on and she states yes it's on. IT'S STUFFY AS HELL IN HERE RIGHT NOW THERE'S NO WAY IN HELL THAT'S THE AC IS ON!!!
