I only use the pool, which is awesome, and the locker room, which is okay. The pool has all kinds of great features like a huge slide, place where you can swim against the current, and a great selection of pool toys, as well as a lap area. The locker room is pretty bare bones but clean and the shower gel provided has this great nostalgic scent...
This is the best Y in all of Cincinnati.
I took many excise classes. I learned to swim. All my children learn to swim at the Y. I met many friendly people and had a good fun time.
CHLYMCA is a home away from home l really enjoy Fun Friday's Swimming Child Care teaching and learning with all ages

I'm in water aerobics and it's good for my body. Also, I've. made new friends.
Locker rooms smell terrible and are dirty, need renovation. Twice I have tried to go to the pool during pool hours and it was closed because they had no lifeguards. Pool water has bad odor and leaves it on you.

Coming from a member of the central parkway YMCA which is newly renovated, this one is outdated. The showers in the locker room are questionable and I will not use them, there is no machine to dry your swimwear either or hair dryers or towels provided. The one thing here that I love is the pool. It is child friendly with a water park area and a slide. There is an endless lap pool and 3 swim lanes. It's pretty big and I love it. I only come here for the pool as my main one does not have a child friendly area. The water aerobics class is also great and fun. I would say if nothing else, go for the pool.

There were many things wrong with this YMCA branch, you should be less than embarrassed to work here or go here for recreational purposes, the lady Denise at the front desk is rude to everyone from the employees to the member's. The staff just seemed to take it, it's kind of like their scared to stick up for themselves. I also noticed that Paula the director is never really there especially in the summer when the summer camp program was going on, I also put my cousin in the summer camp program and it was so many different problems, they had two counselors about to fight while eating lunch, they also had problems with Paula speaking to the kids any type of way as well as the staff members. She has threatened to write them up in front of the kids for not doing what she wanted them to do. My cousin came home with so many different stories about how not only the student were being treated but the staff as well. She had watched so much unprofessional things go on that a child should never see, she only comes to Ohio in the summer and this has been the worst summer ever due to the rude people named and some of the altercations she has seen by staff. She really loved her 7&8 counselors, Mr. Arlan, Ms.merkelle, Ms. shae, and Ms. Annaya they were always so very helpful and always tried to make her feel welcomed despite what they had to put up from upper management they made sure the kids came first.
I love this place I recommend it to Everyone. And I do mean Everyone.

The pool need to be cleaned around the sides and something is always flooding on the bottom, but the staff is very helpful .
Very friendly staff. nice little natatorium with games for families and 3 lap lanes. had a lane for myself at 6am. Excellent!
