They will not cancel my membership & continue charging me. I do not have time or means for a certified letter. My account has been open for over 2 years so I'm not in a yearly contract. I moved 1800 miles away. I've called and discussed my situation and they do not care. I'm told I'm "welcome to stop by my home gym and cancel at any time" sure, a 2 day trip... They continue to charge my card RANDOM amounts monthly. Ranging from 20-55 dollars. More than one charge per month. I have always supported this gym but this is poor business.

Staff is always friendly and professional. Gym is kept quite clean and gym goers are polite. Excellent facility overall as long as you're not looking for free weights. There's not a usable barbell anywhere and dumbbells max out at 65 lbs. Still, a great spot!

PF is a good place to get started on exercising, but is somewhat limited. There is a very small selection of free weights. If you do mostly cardio and weight machines and need a cheap gym this can be a good option.

Decent size. Mainly for cardio machines and beginners. No benches. All machine weights. Some free weights but definitely not their focus. The only gym option in that area.

The only thing about this location I like is the fact that it's 2 exits up from my work. No joke the only thing about it that makes me go to this one. I go to this one only for tanning during my lunch break. But lately I haven't been coming as much because I do not want my mood ruined by the staff. They aren't all bad. But most of them stare like they don't know what a customer is it they are too busy talking to each other. The newer young guy is pretty nice I will give them that. The newer young girl at the front is ,AWEFUL. Everytime I come in she basically tries to rip my lanyard off of my wrist. No one else needs the whole lanyard. But apparently she really wants it. She doesn't even ask, she just pulls it while it is still attached to me!! Which does that! Then she takes her jolly old time to start the bed for me, if she starts it at all. 2 times I have gone in there. Got undressed, and had to call hecausbit isn't staryed. And don't worry she is rude about it. This past week I went twice. The first time she was too busy talking to some random guy to even pay me any mind. She ignored me until someone else came. Then she was like oh I should maybe work. Then the next time the nicer new guy was trying to check me in and noticed it had been 2 minutes shy of 24 hours for me to tan. No big deal we could wait. She walks behind him and looks over his shoulder and LOUDLY proclaims "she can't tan today!!" He said well she can if we wait 2 minutes. She looks again and rolls her eyes and is like whatever. Not once looking at me. Just rude. I mean if she is a good worker just get her out of the front desk. I am not the only one she is doing this to either. I have witnessed it many times as I stand and an ignored. I know this is a long review but jeez. Is it that hard to get good people in there .Your location is terrible with the parking lot and neighborhood, at least get some people in there to make it a little more welcome!!

My place to go get fit not only that, the gym is awesome and the staff is helpful and caring. And I love the chocolate toosie rolls even the grape ones taste sooo good I always come back for more!

This location has all your needs. Solon's PF has a better layout with the machinary, but that's really not significant. Only has 1 standup tanning bed so there tends to be a wait for it, but a handful of laydowns. The standup kicks ass though. I'd guess it has new bulbs. This place features the total body enhancment room. Their hydromassages are chairs, not beds. That's cool. Friendly staff, and overall laid back. The music is different with a meditative style gerne in the black card area. The lobby where the couch and TV are in that section look nice. You really can't go wrong choosing this one.

There is literally a bazillion machines for you to use in here so you never have to wait. Lots of stretching machines as well great for people rehabbing a injury or just want some form of exercise. Membership is 10 bucks a month. or 40-50 if you want the black card that lets you into and Planet Fitness in the country or use their tanning and massage chairs.

Customer Service is Amazing at this gym they train their employees with curtesy and respect. Every time i go in there, there's a worker there that tells to have a good workout and every time i leave they say to have a good day. I see people cleaning the equipment and mopping the floors EVERY DAY. Best of all this place is huge and open 24 hours except christmas eve. I never seen a broken piece of equipment there for longer then a week the workers always comes and fixes it immediately. The staff at this location are without a doubt the best i've seen in a long time.

Standard PF layout. Its clean and has lots of space inside. Easy parking. Took 1 star off because they dont go to 75 lbs on dumbbells. The new location west of here has 75s but a worse gym layout/parking lot.
Id say go to this one if you dont plan to use 75s and its closer. Otherwise its a toss up.
