Best place to go in grand forks, hands down. The shakes are great, but the staff? EVEN GREATER! Highly recommend impact.

Hands down the best shake place in town! They welcome you the second you walk in the door, answer any possible questions you may have about their products, and the staff is always friendly and up beat. You will ALWAYS leave Impact happier than when you arrived. They are simply great PLUS their shakes are delicious and healthy! Its a win, win if ask me!

I came to the shop for the first time and I was so impress with the staff. They were very helpful and friendly.
They took the time to explain their shakes and what was in them. If you visit this business order the Local shake. It is delicious!!!!

Awesome staff, they always make you feel like a superstar when you walk in. Impact offers a lot of deals and bonuses/perks (like a punch card, or sometimes they do a social media challenge so you can get a dollar off for posting on social media)
The shakes are great, I get the blueberry muffin it's really good and not too sweet! They have great option to create different style of teas with their day-makers boost
Also they have the option to order in advance, but they usually get you in and out fast :)

Staff is always friendly! Hardly ever a wait. Shakes are delicious! Seems to be a discount every time I go. Expect to park a little ways away from the store.
