Nice and friendly staff... for the most part. The new management made a lot of changes some desirable, and others not, overall great ambience and well maintained facility for a good workout :)
Most equipment is well maintained, some however is literally falling apart. Hours suck. Music isnt too loud and easy to drown out. Restocking weights and sparying down the machine policy is very loosely enforced, if at all.

Best gym I have ever had the pleasure of doing workouts in. All sorts of equipments, on the newer modernized side of things, and totally unintimidating environment. I especially love the stretching machines and the treadmill with built in tv screens. Well done!
