I have been with Masters Fitness for over 10 years. I would never think of going anywhere else. I have never been disappointed

I love Master's Fitness. I had very little strength training experience when I joined Master's a year and a half ago. Elle and Brad help their clients understand the different movements and ensure each person maintains form to prevent injury. They will work with clients to modify workouts as needed. I went 1-2 times per week and my strength increased dramatically. It was fun to see how I could grow physically and mentally with their challenging workouts and coaching. They made me feel comfortable and have created an environment where their clients are seeking self improvement at their own pace and for a reasonable price. This place is a gem!
