If I can give a 0 I would, but there's no option. Owner wouldn't acknowledge my coupon, because I have visited a similar business in the past. Not a good way to gain and retain customers. I was willing to make a switch being that they are closer to my home.
The coupon stated free 16oz shake and tea with a wellness consultation. Nothing about only if you never had a shake before from another business. The owner didn't seem interested in my business or trying to build a new customer relationship to make me want to come back, even though the coupon was null. Time wasted visiting them and will never go back.
I recommend visiting Nutrition Revolution off New center dr across from Target. (5101 Dunlea Ct. #103 Wilmington, NC 28405). I Always have great experiences there and they have a nice friendly environment. They also have a ton of different choices of flavors to choose from. I did not see a menu at Salt Lyfe.
