Nice and clean facility. The manager is nice and friendly. It was a pleasure speaking to her.

My experience was spoiled by by the cancellation process and the way the staff/general manager handled it. Phone goes unanswered and messages unreturned. This lack of customer service and courtesy seemed to of no concern to upper management. In the beginning, they were super friendly and great at getting you in the door.

Not bad for the price, would be much better if they added 2-3 more squat/deadlift areas.

Amazing gym, the staff is very knowledgeable and also work out on the same equipment that they train and teach classes on, they are comfortable working with people of all fitness levels even if you have never touched a barbel before or if you are a seasoned fitness competitor they have the skills and abilities to help you move to the next level at a pace that works for you even if it means pushing you to work a bit harder. The facility is clean even on weekends and the people who workout there are polite and courteous towards others in sharing equipment. This is a place that couples and individuals can find a lifestyle fitness support system.

I love this gym. It has great equipment, it is very clean, and the atmosphere is happy and condusive to working out.

The gym is fine however the employees are ethically questionable. I came on a Sunday, an older grey haired white worker happened to be there so I asked about the free trial for a family member. He told me "we no longer do the free trial." I told him "weird bc i just did it like two months ago." He said "we got rid of the free trial last month." I then look online and it says it's still around and then my sister in law walked in on her own two days later and he offers it to her. I'm not saying this is a racist moment for sure but it is questionable. I'm a Hispanic looking woman and she is a white lady. I just don't understand otherwise why he would straight up lie to my face! I am ending my membership either way.

I am writing this today because I have been going to this gym for almost two years. I go at least 4 times a week. This year I have noticed how warm the temperature is kept. Now especially these last couple of 90 degree days the times that I have been the air conditioning is barely on. With the temperature kept so warm it makes you not want to work out hard because it is so hot. I addressed this to the owner a couple months ago and he said he would look at turning it down since they have four air conditioning units. The gym also has these huge ceilings fans which have not been on. My only saving grace is they purchased two stand up fans. I need to use this so I can work out. I like the gym for the convenience and it is well kept. I can not believe I am the only one that finds the temperature uncomfortable especially when it is so hot outside.
I am turning my 3 star rating to 5 star rating. The quick response from gym manager Bill in addressing the issues that I have posted previously. Bill was professional and provided me with information that I was not aware of. This is the reason for change in my rating due to his professionalism in addressing this matter. Thank you .

My home gym. It's small but has everything you'd need, and it's always immaculately clean. Bill, the owner, is helpful and makes sure the gym is well maintained. Always a pleasure seeing Martha when I visit as well!

Awesome gym with two locations in Wilmington. Knowledgeable trainers who are will to assist you exceed your training expectations , exciting and tough classes, and a great atmosphere.
Reasonable month membership Fess, the best rate in Wilmington for a 24 hour gym. Love the place. Workout on your time.

If you haven't at least gone in for a tour you need to check this place out. First of all its the only gym that really has that "judgement free" feel.... Secondly has the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen at a gym & the showers are private... I've never had an issue with the tanning beds the bulbs seem new almost Everytime I tan & I've never had to wait for a piece of equipment.

I've been to several of these gyms across the country. This one is a bit small, mostly due to the separated exercise room. Everything is brand new and nice though. It's open 24/7 like all other gyms, not the limited hours Google shows.

I loved my gym experience every time I've gone. Small locations but there's are more than one in town that's not far apart so they're never crowded. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever you need to get you to your goal. And the price per month is right on time!! I say join....

I have been living at this gym for the past week. They offer free classes with membership. They have inexpensive tanning. Plus, I get a complimentary cup of coffee to reward myself post-workout. I only wish they had some form of childcare options... But it'll be easier for me when they open their Leland location!

This is the BEST gym in town. I love how it is open 24 hours a day I can always get my workout in no excuses!!! The staff is always so helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. I can ask questions whenever I need about an exercise without feeling uncomfortable pressure. The equipment is brand new and kept exceptionally clean and the group fitness classes they have to offer are always fun and different from anywhere else. Hands down my favorite gym to ever become a member of.
