Nice club - certainly for the price. Bathrooms (as in any high volume low cost gym) could be a better but all equipment is clean and in great condition. Definitely a good value with tons of workout choices.

I love this place. Ridiculous cheap for what you get. I get a massage after every workout and I feel like it helps with not getting sore after good work outs.

Please keep the paper towel stations full. I have to go to several before I can get any supplies to be able to clean equipment after use. Other than that a great location and staff is always nice and friendly.

The location is great and the staff is friendly. The 3 stars is due to the difficulty when you want to cancel a membership. You can join on the website, but you cannot cancel. The website says you must personally call. when you call, they require you to personally come in or send a certified letter!! Have you seen the Friends episode on quitting the gym? Sleazy and manipulative!

Always clean. Super friendly staff. Occasional douches in there but for the most part it's a cool place to workout.

Good, clean gym with plenty of exercise options. Plenty of weights and cardio machines with a friendly staff, and all at affordable membership prices. They seem to have a handle on what their clientele are looking for in a gym.

The gym is always clean, the staff is willing to assist if needed. I have never had to wait to use any of the equipment. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because some of the members do not wipe down the equipment. And I have informed the staff. So until I see staff taking an active part in this such as posting signs or a verbal reminder my rating will remain. Enjoy your work out.

Pros: Staff is nice! The fruities are delicious. Doesn't get extremely crowded. You get your rush after work and during certain hours. Parking is good in the shopping center. Gym is clean and well maintained. The recent upgrades (about a year now I think) are nice.
Cons: Needs more stairmaster machines, towel service would be nice, needs scale in locker room. I don't think they still do the bagel and pizza days (correct me if I am wrong).

I just bought my membership with these people they did not show me around the company at all did not show me how or where everything was and how everything was very rude people just wanting to get off work. They are in a rush want you to be a member but then after you made your decision of being a member they don't even show you around at all I had to ask them repeatedly on the day I got my membership where everything was did you not give me a tour through the place.

This is a nice gym but the contract is misleading to say the least. We tried to cancel our membership, understanding that we would have to pay off the remaining amount for the year. This is what we were told when we signed up and we were fine with that. Instead, now they want double or remaining balance to cancel. We can't make our contract automatically end at the end of the term and we can't pay our bill in advance. I will never sign a contract with this place again.

Always love the atmosphere in Planet Fitness. Most people are just there to exercise, not to show off or intimidate newer gym goers. Just go and do your thing, and if you need help they have very helpful trainers available as well (for additional fee of course!).

The gay black guy that works in front is super rude. Talked to me like a child and kept rolling his eyes. I just moved here from Charlotte and I was hoping to join this location in Garner. I love planet fitness but this guy makes me want to switch to a new gym.

For the price, I really do appreciate this gym. I wish they had free weights, and were open later on the weekends. Apart from that, it's a solid place if you're on a tight budget.

Nice location, good size. Employees seemed friendly. Only down side I saw was there are quite a few disgusting ass people that don't wipe anything down after there done. They walk around like its beneath them to do that. Other then that its nice

Good gym. Wish they had more free weights but the machines are nice. The staff are also friendly and it hardly seems too crowded. Of course there are peek hours but you can easily find a way around them. They've added some small upgrades to their facility in the last couple of years which are appreciated. Overall, good place to workout.

Love Planet Fitness..been my gym for 5 yrs now. Equipment and space has been recently updated. Locker rooms are good as well. My only problem with P.F. is that sometimes it can be difficult to get a parking space.

This used to be my main gym (3-5 times/week), but I started going to a different location about a year ago. Only been to this location about 3-4 times this year. They had a huge surge in signups last year and now it gets way too crowded during the afternoon hours. Also they used to have machines out of order all the time. Even injured myself twice do to faulty machines. Now they recently updated most of their machines, which is good I guess. But they used to have 2 of each machine. Now they only have one of each (of the machines I use). I decided to give it another shot on a Sunday afternoon (slowest time of the week), and still had to change my routine a few time because of machines being used. I drive an extra 10-15 min to go to other locations.

I can't believe how insanely nice this place is for 10 bucks a months. They just got new equipment that is great. Staff is nice. Place is the cleanest gym I've ever been in.

They have a lot of great equipment here but as the gym is only geared towards beginners, there are a limited assortment of dumbbell weights. Also, they have no equipment that utilizes free weights and bars like benches and seats for chest and shoulders or squat racks for free weights. However, they do have benches for the dumbbells and a large number of Smith Machines. Overall, it's a nice club with a lot of amenities for the price.

Planet Fitness does a good job catering to their customers. The people that work there are always friendly. I have enjoyed working out there mostly because I'm not a body builder, although I've seen some pretty hefty dudes in there and they don't seem to complain either. It's very affordable and the amenities are pretty good. My one complaint is that there is barely enough locker space and only 4 showers and there can easily be a line of 3-5 guys waiting for the showers. They are in the process of renovating which is nice, but I doubt the lockers and showers will get an expansion.

It's a great place to work out but you can forget getting a good work out between 4 and 6:30 p.m. super crowded. You have to stand in line line and wait four equipment. Any other time is fine. Nice staff
