The last 8 yrs ive been going on &off to indigo hot yoga deck &claudine. Are so knowledgeable they have care for me been. A former elite athlete ive hurt myself there staff are phenomenal very caring something we need in a time of crisis thank you guys
This place is perfect for beginners. If you are thinking about trying hot yoga, definitely come here!!
Great studio. Impressed by the cleanliness, instruction (Amy was great!), and overall atmosphere. Definitely an excellent supplement for a busy life to cleanse the body and reset the mind. Highly recommend
I left several voicemails to try this studio as I had a groupon, but never heard back from them. Please try to call back the people who are interested to attend your yoga classes. I finally got a gift voucher from Groupon and cancelled.
Best yoga in Raleigh! Claudine and her staff are extremely professional, kind, and welcoming. Hot yoga is a must for your health and Indigo is the best place by far. Love you guys and thanks for all that you do :)
I enjoy hot yoga and this place provides a great service with convenient times. They only have 1 room and women's change area is a bit cramped. My last studio required you to remove shoes when you entered facility which I found to be sanitary. This place does not. A bit of a muggy smell. I Under stand its hot but I've visited other studios that did not have smell. Overall gets the job done.
Do Not Go Here. Nice at first goes down hill slowly.
Too many people. A few teachers are rude. Which you don't learn until after a few weeks. Mix of everyone is nice, but not a yoga place to support. Try somewhere downtown.

I love this studio! I have gone to almost every hot yoga studio in the triangle, and Indigo is the best, in my opinion. It has a calm vibe, great teachers with various styles, and a clean facilities.

Please, please, please clean the floor! I ignored one of the other posts about how smelly the floor was, hoping it had been resolved but no... The teacher was great and would love to come all the time but smelling raunchy feet through the practice just ruins the vibe.
Great location. Nice facilities. The actual yoga and temperature of the room will test your endurance but it clears your head. A lot of functional, fluid, hip opening moves to improve posture and balance. The environment is calm and everyone, staff and other customers, are all nice and helpful. While most of the people there are in tip top shape everyone projected positive encouraging energy. No judging. If you need to modify to do a pose then modify. Good mix of young professionals and seasoned business executives. Mostly ladies but a couple guys (revised - Its about 65% girls and 35% guys). I don't really get into the spiritual connection part but the heat, stretching, core stability, and mental clarity have me hooked.
Great yoga studio. Welcoming people, a good mix of classes, great price compared to other hot yoga places in the area. The lavender towels at the end are heavenly. One of my favorite places in Raleigh.

Third - I LOVE this place, I was a Core Power Yoga Freak, but Claudine and team have turned my tide. I LOVE Indigo, classes are GREAT, instructors are AMAZING, very knowledgeable, and supportive.
The studio, while one room is AWESOME, I really like the room, it's very clean, and the amazing staff are always cleaning before and after class.
Fourth - You will be drawn in my the GREAT Yoga, GREAT class schedule, and AMAZING Teachers, but you will stay because of all the pampering Free (with a memebership) Towels, Mats, Yoga Mat Towels, Wash Clothes (we all know why we need those!) AND ICE COLD LAVENDER scented towels at the end. Indigo will need to close it's doors to make me find a new studio!
