So far I've received excellent service. Kaitlyn handled a slight discrepancy with a past promotion with professionalism and courtesy. Because of this, my decision to join was seamless and simple, and done in about 15 mins! Great job Kaitlyn.

Pleasant Valley is not just a namesake. This gym has done the title justice. All my interactions with the staff have been both motivating and cheerful. I have the full membership so I have access to all the fitness connection gyms in my locale but find myself compelled to repeat my visits at this location in particular. The staff gets to know you on a personal level, that paired with an multitude of exercise equipment is what I want the most from a gym. I do wish there was a pool I can't knock'em for not having one. 5/5 would & do try again.

I love coming to this Fitness Connection. I know where everything is and I enjoy the classes that they offer. They have a range of different types and a schedule for every day of the week. I did take away one star for the way that they do their membership. It's hard to switch over to different types once you're in and already signed up.

I have been to many gyms. One problem plaguing them all has been patrons not putting things back where they got them. This is the first gym I have ever been to that has staff dedicated to cleaning up after these patrons. All the weights are in order and easy to find. Staff is helpful and cheerful. Would recommend this gym to any of my friends.

Going to Fitness Connection the staff's courtesy, friendly, helpful it's the only gym I've ever been with more than 2 years.
Always did I say always clean and that is a plus for me. Great atmosphere everyone's in there zone. You can find a bodypump my favorite or other fitness class something for everyone.
The price is right and convenient.

The general manager of the gym would not allow my boyfriend to use the gym with the 7 day free trial pass. He said they do not do that and body lied to my face as I pulled up the website to show he was lying and he did not care. He said to sign up or pay the $20 to exercise for the day. Not a way to speak to a woman like that and felt very disrespected and hope this manager or this place changes because it was better when it was Golds Gym and not unclean. I use to work at a gym and I know he was just trying to sell a membership instead of actually allowing my boyfriend to try it out first. Not how you do business and not how you treat customers.

I have never encountered a company that abuses my credit card information as much as this gym. Every single year I have had to call and fight erroneous charges. This year they decided to charge me $580 out of nowhere, maybe they thought I wouldn't notice? This company has no integrity and all anyone has to do is read the reviews to see different versions of the same story - "They overcharged me." Better Business Bureau is going to be hearing from me, this unethical practice has to be stopped.

I am a constant client of this gym. Today in the evening a lady who was at the customer service desk did not let me into the gym because the kid club was closed and I was with my 10 year old son. I wanted to say that he can calmly wait for me in the sofa that is in the lobby, but she would not let me not even talk. It was a bit hostile his way of acting was rude. I was already there and could look for options if I could not leave my son waiting in the lobby sofa as I have done in previous days. His attitude was rude and sharp.

Honestly, as a gym facility I love Fitness Connection. The women's workout room could stand some more air flow as it smells very musty and damp, but other than that I enjoy the facility itself. However, the business and customer service aspects of this location definitely need some improvement. Now, please note that I am fully aware that $1 is not the end of the world and seems like a petty thing to judge a business by, however the events unfolding around said $1 have definitely tarnished my opinion of this business. Fitness Connection has my credit card info on file in order to charge me the monthly fee. I have never purchased anything from FC other than a membership, no water, no t-shirts, no protein, etc. However, on July 3 I was charged $1 for a bottle of water when I was not even present at the gym. I called to ask for assistance because I did not know what the charge was for and was told it was water, i stated that I did not purchase water and they told me that since they could not verify if I had or had not purchased the water that they could offer me a free bottle on my next visit, which made me chuckle because it would not be free, since I have paid $1. Anyway, I asked if they had a record of me checking into that location as I have not yet gone to FC in the month of July and I was told that they did not have a check in. My point....how is it possible that something got charged to my account, without my permission, when I wasn't even present at this business on the day the transaction took place. Even though the item in question is a $1 bottle of water, no one has any idea how this happened and they can't refund me. So, what happens when this inevitably happens again and it is a more substantial charge, am I just supposed to keep accepting water bottles, and protein, and t-shirts that I didn't ask for because somehow my account gets charged without my permission? Ultimately I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they refunded the measly $1. What hasn't been remedied is the fact that I feel like my private information isn't being taken care of at Fitness Connection. The fact that someone can charge me for something when I'm not even present at the gym, when I am still in possession of my key tag, and no one else has access to the key tag is alarming to me. What is also extremely disappointing is that this issue is being dismissed because it's only $1, just come get a bottle of water they say.....well the water isn't the issue here. Terrible customer service all the way around and honestly it is sad that all of this occurred over $1.

I used to rate this place 5 stars, but they have started cutting corners (frequently no paper towels in dispensers, removal of all hand sanitizer dispensers). Hope they are not hitting financial difficulties.

After cancelling online twice and still being charged, I changed my credit card number to avoid charges. They then contacted Mastercard and got the new number and charged me again. STAY AWAY!! You have been warned.

I have spoken with customer service a couple of times. It got me nowhere. I faithfully paid my gym membership for 3+ years. Why do you keep charging me after I have made it more than clear that I don't want to go to this gym anymore? If this has been escalated to "Senior Management", they can contact me. You have my phone number.

Beaware!!!!!! They sale you a fantasy and not honor what you were offered. On top of adding additional fees that you are told will not apply. When you try and cancel, no one is able to help resolve the issue. This place is a scam. I say again, beaware of what you are getting yourself into!!!!!!!

Great Gym with clean machines and Les Mills classes. Great for long or short workouts. A lot of treadmills, strep machines, etc. Weight machines and free weights available.

The Asian guy who's a fitness consult there is really cool! He was able to sit me down go over my goals, take me on a tour, and best part of all, he was able to find something that was in my budget! GREAT JOB FITNESS CONNECTION FOR HIRING PEOPLE WHO CARE!

Lidia is an amazing trainer. Can't believe the results I am achieving with her support. The gym management was helpful in correcting my membership when there was an error. Front desk staff are always cheerful and provide great service. Excellent choice of supplements offered. Not bad at all for $20/mo.

Awesome place! Gym is clean, people are nice and best part are the training staff. My personal trainer, Jessica is the best! She has taught me on all the equipment and makes every workout fun and different to keep motivating me. I'm getting stronger and she always pushes me to work harder.

I have been a member for almost a year and have been very happy with Fitness Connection. The price is perfect for what I am looking for. I go on my lunch break and the staff is usually very friendly. Kat always has a big towel and a friendly greeting when I come in. The equipment will occasionally break down, but they are quite quick in responding to and fixing broken machines. I would give it a 5 star review if it had a pool!

Been a member since fall 2016 and I can't complain! I've had a great experience at Fitness Connection, thus far. My trainer Jessica is very experienced and knowledgeable, she does a great job guiding me through specific exercises in different areas of the gym. The efficacy of my workouts has greatly improved, she's got a good eye and makes sure everything I do is functional and safe. She's amazing!
