My daughter has been cheering with Elite Cheer and Dance for six years now and there is no other cheer gym in the greater Triangle area that can offer the extensive training, along with the encouragement, love, support and caring that we experience here.
This is not a gym, it is a family, and we would not consider going anywhere else for tumbling lessons or competitive cheer.
Shane and Bear are the best in the business for tumbling, hands down. We have tried several other locations over the years and nothing but Elite has come close to challenging or improving her skills! Jon, Nicole, Liz, Michele, Philip, Kory and the rest of the staff bend over backwards to ensure a great experience for everyone, athletes and family members alike.
If you want your child to be nurtured, cared for, taught responsibility, hard work and team etiquette in addition to tumbling and cheer skills, then Elite Cheer and Dance is the place for you. Trust me, you can not find a better environment for your child! Come give it a try!

I have had such a great experience with Elite. This is my daughter's first year in the program and she absolutely loved it. The coaches have been nothing but nice and kind to us and I respect their position. The cheer moms and dads welcomed us with open arms as well. I will continue to support this gym and spread the word of how awesome this Elite Family really is. I don't think my daughter ever wants to stop cheering because of the skills she has learned and will continue to learn as she stays with the program. Elite Cheer & Dance ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my daughters 2nd season w/ Rock Star Cheer and Dance. In just 2 years I have watched her become a better athlete as a result of the time and energy that they put into helping the children blossom. The staff is exceptional, they work with you, and the prices are great. I am looking forward to the years to come. If you are in search of a great place for your children to cheer, hands down ROCK STAR Raleigh is the place to be!!!

I cheered here 1 year and did not like it. The coaches were TOO tough and pushy, and often my teammates were moved to tears. My team was too large - 35. We didn't bond at all. This program is simply too LARGE. Too many teams, too unorganized. I now cheer for Wake Forest All-Stars at Young's Gym, and it is a smaller, better program.

My daughter is beginning her second season with Elite. I can't believe how much growth she has had in such a short time! She LOVES going to the gym 4 days a week and would go 7 if she could! She has gained so many new relationships with her peers and has such respect for her coaches and the owners. I have also developed many new friendships amongst the parents, coaches and owners. We have become a part of the Elite family and couldn't be happier! She has told me on many occasions that she couldn't imagine cheering for any other gym, nor would she want any other coaches than the ones that she has now! Our family definitely gives Elite, the coaches and the owners two thumbs up!!!

If you want a family oriented gym with coaches who have a passion to see the success of the children they instruct, then Elite Cheer and Dance would be the gym for you. I have been apart of the Elite family for over 5 years. I love the program, I love the coaches, and most of all the overall program. My daughters are always excited to go to practice. The excitement in their eyes when they learn a new skill is priceless.The gym as a whole cheer each and every child during performance, practice, or to demonstrate a new skill. I am glad we are apart of the Elite Cheer and Dance family.

ELITE is more than a cheer gym. The team of owners and coaches foster confidence and growth through hard work and commitment. They expect a lot out of their athletes - and the children rise to their expectations. I have two very different daughters that currently cheer here and both have found success, both individually and as part of a team. The coaches are their personal trainers, giving my girls the strength and confidence to not only compete and perform well in All Star Cheer, but also to help them navigate the challenges of adolescence. I highly recommend ELITE.

I have two children that cheer for Elite Cheer and Dance. This is our first year at this gym and we absolutely LOVE it! It's been an awesome experience for both my 4 and 7 year old girls. The first gym we were with went out of business and after searching for a new gym, Elite became our home! Since joining Elite, their skills have increased by leaps and bounds. The prices are great, location is convenient, and the staff is awesome!

Hello Reader, I'm Kiana Franklin, and I've been at this pretty much since they've opened and all I love this place to pieces and would never do anything to degrade my gym's name. This is a good place to bring your children to help them learn and come out of shells they never knew they had. You meet a lot of nice people and as soon as your child is placed on a team everyone wants to be there friend. So why wouldn't you want your child in an atmosphere like this. They also have tutoring for your child and camps for them when there not in school. Yes money is what people are all about but anywhere you go nothings just handed to you. Something my coaches told me, " Nothing is handed to you on a silver platter, you must work to gain your skills!" This could also apply to you (the parent) if you would keep up on your bills like you would for your home or your cellphone you wouldn't constantly be hassled. Now to speak on the note that people are saying that children always come home crying. Most new young athletes have never had discipline in the field of sports, and most learn to develop those skills. These coaches don't make your child cry purposely, if anything they care for your child more than themselves and would do anything to protect your sons/daughters well-being. Like any business, Elite has struggles and without the loving supporting costumers that appreciate what they have offered their children, they wouldn't be where they are today. For that being said why would they treat there costumers like dirt? Exactly they wouldn't. They have to make hard decisions for the safety of you and your child's feelings, health, and anything else you could think about. I'm an athlete and a training coach there and if it wasn't for Elite I wouldn't be on the way to a decent paying job, graduating in 19 days, and learning how to become a young lady who knows how to hold herself to proper manners and ways of speaking to people and learning to be a good influence in any young athletes life, actually in any young child's life period. I'm willing to also do so for all the elderly, teenage, and young adults as well, because I'm pretty sure if I want respect I have give it! I love this whole-heartily and I want to convince you that this is not a bad place, it's good and will make an impact on your life and your daughters/sons life. I'm Veteran here at Elite Cheer and Dance and advise you come on by and be apart of our family if your not already because you will love it! Thanks for taking the time to here me out!

We have been members of Elite for over five years and love it! Our daughter cheers and dances and would not trade her Elite experience for the world. She has progressed not only as a athlete but as a student. She has made life long friends. The gym is like one big family. When you are greeted at the door by the staff and other parents they automatically make you feel at home. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and supportive of the kids. They are passionate about what they do and are good at it. Hands down you can not make a better choice for your child! I am proud to be part of such an organization. Come join us!
