Omg I'm a welder constantly use my hands at work, in the morning I can barely unfold them some days. I've never had a massage before and started with 45 min then went to an HR wanted to stay for a HR and a half it felt so good but she said it was to much for first time people which made since.... more
This is the worst gym around..half the machine don't work and are duct taped together. They can't keep their accounting straight either.. Great staff and facility, will always make you feel welcome... more

basketball program is a joke! More like football. Girls 7-9 year old is more like a wrestling ring because umpires will laugh at fighting instead of calling a foul. Absolute Disgrace of the game called basketball.... more
I volunteer there and everyone is so welcoming and amazing to talk too! We are all one big happy family!. Staff is nice. Some more dusting and mopping wouldn't hurt. It's a hit or miss with program instructors.... more
Love it here my second home non judgmental gym. Terrible place. Went there to cancel the membership in mid December and I was still charged until February. I called them and asked about it and they said their manager was ON VACATION so he didn't cancel any of the memberships during that time.... more
