Full disclosure that I'm not a 'gym person' -- my typical activity is riding my bike, for hours, alone. I've been a member here for almost a year now. I joined to rehab a knee injury and to rapidly build back up my cardio so I could get back to the adventure cycling I love.
CFG is an excellent home for anyone looking to improve their fitness for any reason. You truly don't have to be already fit to fit in here, folks are friendly and you make friends quickly! The coaches are knowledgeable and approachable, and super-ready to work with you on any aspect of your physical health that you're looking to improve. And if you're somehow worried that, no matter what your own goals are, you're gonna come out of Crossfit looking all bulked up--Crossfit adapts to your fitness goals, and the coaches here work with you to achieve them. It's truly a place, and a philosophy of fitness, for all people and all types.
