Robbery on day passes, $15 to include a teenager for a day workout, not even a full day an hour and a half max.
Now I see why people go to Planet Fitness. What is the perk of being a member if you can't bring a guest to show them the benefit of being a member of the gym. This is not the Gold's Gym of the past I knew of. Will be canceling my membership. Planet Fitness here I come.

Golds gym has everything you need to meet your goals. Plus trainers to help you get there. From free weights to every type of machine available. Even a full size basketball court. Plus an inside heated pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna. And much more. Even a day care that will watch the kids while you hit the gym. Thw only reason they dont deserve 5 stars, they arent 24 hours, and they xlose to early on the weekends.

Machines always broke
STAFF talk to much at front check in
Weights always all ova the place
People sit on the machines texting or talking holding up your workout
They need another full cable multi machine cause ever body wants to do pull downs or chest flys at the same time.
The change of time is just a " give me my refund and im blasting you " type of thing .
Like WHYYYYYYYYYYY did yall do that stupid S%$T

I just joined Golds recently. I enjoy it for a couple of reasons. I like that they have a workout room for women only. I also like their pool. I'm not really thrilled that there's no lifeguard like at the YMCA, because I think that's dangerous. I don't fear for myself, but for older people that I've seen come in. I haven't really connected with staff, but for the most part, they are courteous.

I just signed up at this location and I'm very disappointed with this Golds Gym. So I go in this am to workout and most of the dumbbells are loose and most of the equipment is rusted out. Also when I tried to get my cardio in I had to switch machines about 5 times do to the buttons do not work or the steps on the stairmaster does a huge bump every 3 steps and makes you feel like you are going to fall. I'm very shocked that Golds would allow there equipment to get that bad that people paying $50/month should have some of the best or at least working equipment. Hope they get this fixed soon or I will be looking for a new place and canceling this membership.

I have been coming to this gym for years since it was the rush. Me and my friends all had memberships just to play basketball because it was the only place we could go and and play basketball late because most of us got off of work late and it was the only time that we had available and it kept us out of trouble. now that I am older and I pay my membership with my own money and not my parents I am extremely upset at the change of hours. I feel like I pay way too much money for a gym membership that closes at 8 on the weekends. I feel like a lot of customers will be lost including myself because that is why a lot of people pay the high price because it is 24/7 or at least was. I hope something is done about this or the price of the membership reflects the change of hours or I can guarantee you a lot of loyal customers will be lost.

I've been working out at this gym for many years (started when it was RUSH 24/7) but now that this location is changing their hours (NO LONGER 24/7) and the conflicts to my work schedule I will have to cancel my membership and find another 24/7 fitness gym or one that at least opens at 4am daily! Wondering if all the golds gyms in greensboro are changing hours or just the one on the predominantly urban side of town...Randleman Rd opens at 5am (M-F). Brassfield opens at 4am (M-F). Wendover opens at 4am (M-F). Manangement please explain the discrepancy in uniformity in all your Greensboro locations!!

Been going to this location since it was the Rush. There have been problems with the machines and equipment not working for a while not. The other day i had to try 4 elliptical machines before I found one that worked. I deal with it because I go early in the morning on my own time and there's usually something else to use. I'm extremely disappointed in the change in the hours since I usually come around 4 in the morning. I hope you guys are planning drop your rates to reflect this change, we all signed up for a 24 hour gym and that is no longer the case. I have a feeling youre about to lose a lot of members... By the way, why is this location opening at 5 a.m. when other locations are opening at 4 a.m.?

I would leave a negative star if it was a option . On November 16th I went to cancel my 5 year family membership due to they wouldnt let my wife cancel due to she wasnt or my daughter the primary member holder ,they made me aware they would still bill me for December its now January 11th and they billed me half the bill .I called 830 a.m. and they lady act as if im bothering her being concerned why they still billing me half the membership after putting me on hold she states they was now billig me for the remainder family members on my membership and when i question hows that posibly she states they all will need 2 come in and cancel individually, i then stated i sent my wife to cancel it in the beginning they wouldn't let her cancel it so I came in and cancel it and then yall bills me 31.00 for their membership isnt right she gets fustrated puts me on hold again then comes back to say i need to speak with Amanda and shes busy with another member and would take my number and call me back in 1 hour when shes finish with that memeber ,seems like canceling membership isnt the only thing they dont know how to do , its almost 1130 and still no call back . They really lost me as a customer .They are very unprofessional to be auto drafting membership dues if they cant cancel it when you sign documents to cancel it .

Really nice gym. Always clean. Easy to find machines. Pretty pricey though, and membership is only good for one location.

I was disappointed this morning when the stand up calf machine knob was missing. You could not adjust the machines. The inner outer leg machine is loose and very hard to adjust. 2 of the 5 arc trainers either make a horrible noise or don't incline at all.
These issues need to be addressed. It is a very nice gym, but needs some updates and maintenance care.

I usually come on around 8 pm; staff is very accomodating and friendly. This gym works for me since I live less than one mile away. This location is very clean, to include restrooms/locker room area; very sanitary too. I use free weights, Smith machine, and some other equipment; people ask if your done or if they can share. So, all in all I'm glad I joined this location. I do go to other GOLDS locations from High Point to Greensboro, but this is my first selection. This one is definitely larger than GOLDS in High Point.

Best health club in Greensboro. Can go to any Gold's gym in America. Lap pool hot tub sauna steam room oh yeah they have quality exercise equipment. Nice staff and the lunks smile when you call them a lunk. Good class of people use this place. Quit Planet Fitness pay more and get a lot more.
To boot get a better rate because I am a veteran. Gold's will treat you right!
