Lady Fire

Took my children here for a Friday morning swim, the atmosphere seems pretty nice but the rules and regulations are not Clear across the board of staff members. I called before I decided to go because I wanted to check to see if we were allowed to bring inflatables and inner tubes. I was told by a lady on the phone that it was okay as long as i was bringing my own. I arrived and there was a girl working at the front desk also said that it would be allowed. I get into the actual pool/swim area and a guy/lifeguard informs me that it's not okay to bring inflatables. I informed him that I was told by two prior people that it was okay. I was highly disappointed because my children use those to aid in swimming and recreation. We proceeded to use the pool anyway and utilize the life jackets that were on hand. After about an hour or so, I was told that another lifeguard failed to inform me that my children couldnt use the pool noodles that were available at the facility but that "only the adults" could use the noodles. They allowed me to continue to use the noodles but my children had to put them away. This was all disheartening and made the swim experience horrible. This upset my children to the point that they opted to leave sooner than they would have wanted to if this had not occurred. I was misinformed not once but twice and misled. This made our swim experience unpleasant!!! The rules and regulations across the board of staff members was not clear. I find this very unprofessional. At first I didn't think the price for a family was too much, but after experiencing this, I wish they would have given me a refund to be honest. Our swim time was cut short. I don't see myself returning to this place anytime soon and I wouldn't advise anyone with children to go. I was so distraught that I kind of rushed out without speaking with any of the supervisors. This place is not that kid friendly, at least as far as my visit was concerned. I also suggest they add a spa or hot tub as well.
