I was bored with my typical workouts and decided to try crossfit. The coaches here are more concerned with correct form and scaling the workouts so you can learn the movements but still see results. After my first class I caught the crossfit bug. Everyone is so welcoming here and I love how close-knit everyone at this facility is!!!
I never thought I would be able to do crossfit. But coming here I've not only gotten stronger and more confident but I've also gained a family! Everyone here is great! The coaches are always right there to help push you to your best and they always make sure your safe. I will never go to another gym. I've definitely found my gym home here!
GSO is such a welcoming crossfit! The staff is amazing and really cares about form and safety in every class. It is great for a beginner or a competitive athlete. It is a very welcoming community with a lot of amazing people!
Very family friendly atmosphere. Everyone is so welcoming and inclusive . GSO has a great community of people at all different fitness levels. Great coaches and it is not intimidating or packed with ultra competitive people. Definitely not like the stereotypical CF Box. Also, having heat in the winter and air in the summer is a huge bonus!

A fun place focused on form and real relationships!! The coaches welcome newbies and old pros alike, meet you where you are, and challenge you to push yourself. Workouts aside, this place is a community that frequently gives BACK to the community. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a consistent challenge and support system.

The care and attention from the coaches is off the charts. As good as they are though, having a physical therapist looking after my workouts and keeping me healthy is what makes them unique and better than any other gym.
Walking into GSO is like the perfect cup of coffee. It's inviting and full of energy, fresh and clean. We've experienced a couple of their birthday parties as well and our kids love it. The coaches are great with kids and know exactly how to keep the activities fun and engaging. Highly recommend!

Great place that really takes pride in helping you get exercising and moving towards the goals you set for yourself. Some goals maybe you didn't even think were possible. Hadn't worked out in years because got involved in starting a career and family. I was huffing and puffing with aches all over after playing with my kids for less than an hour outside. I knew I had to do something, I found the team and GSO. I am thankful that I did and I'm a much better dad to my kids for it. So THANK YOU GSO Crossfit you not only get people moving but you get people back to enjoying life. If you are on the fence about if this is the right place for you, I'd say give it a try because you will thank you very shortly thereafter!
