I started sessions in later part of 2019. Yesterday, February 4, 2020, I felt my muscle pop around my left scapula while performing on one of the machines. I immediately lost strength and let go. Pain seared through that part of my body; moving my arm became painful. I went directly to my chiropractor who suggested I may need to see an osteopathic doctor. I continue to have very limited use of my left arm and a great deal of swelling with pain.
One star because better understanding and guidance to prevent injury is paramount.

Glad I heard about this natural, drug free way to increase and improve bone density since I had lost a lot. Since going to Osteo Strong I have noticed a significant increase in my overall strength especially in my arms and legs...like getting up stairs carrying grocery bags with better ease and agility. Hip pain has decreased as well. Love hydro massage! Friendly staff!

I had a wonderful experience at the OsteoStrong in Greensboro on New Garden Rd. The atmosphere was relaxing and modern. The manager gave me a tour of the store and information about the process. I was in a car accident about 5 years ago and have constant back pain. I have been to 3 sessions so far and am already sleeping better at night. I can't wait to see more results. I really like the fact that it only takes 10 minutes once a week and its all natural.

I have encouraged family and friends to join because of the improvement I have experienced with strength and balance. I no longer grip arms of a chair or table when standing up! All of this while spending only about 10 minutes per session!!

My mother was diagnosed with osteoporosis last year and is loving it so far. It only takes 10 minutes once a week and is very flexible for my mom with a great price and she sure does love the hydromassage that they offer.
