By far the best clubs in Greensboro. Staff is top notch. The remodeled pool is the nicest pool I have ever seen. I have been a member since November and love everything about the place.
I was recommended to The Club Fitness by a long time member. At first, I was thrilled by the new fitness experience and the plan that I was able to make along with my trainer.
After my initial impression, I began to notice the bad smell, as well as the dirty floors and showers.
On one specific occasion, I spotted a big, fat loogie that someone had left in the shower. It was still there a few days later. A place that is supposed to be good for your health, has physically made me sick. Will be avoiding the premises for the foreseeable future.

At the time I joined, I was looking for a place my 13 year old daughter and I could work out together. Paying a membership for my daughter and myself was not an easy decision. I can not begin to express how glad I am that I did make that choice!
I have nothing but good to say about The Club. Their customer service is so far beyond what I had experienced at other local gyms. (Spa Lady, Women's Workout Express and Curves, to name a few.)
Maria and Lara are amazing! They call me by name, even if they haven't seen me for months. They have always exceeded my expectations when I had a request, question or a challenge.
Michelle (instructor) has extended herself innumerable times to encourage me with personal health goals.
Front desk has always been top notch. Very cordial, professional and helpful.
One evening I was getting my hair done at The Oasis and I mentioned I hadn't eaten and was hungry. The stylist, Suzanne, (another gem!) called to the front desk, they made me a smoothie and brought it to the salon. You won't see that at your local hum drum gym, guaranteed!
If anyone is debating about joining, like I was, all I can say is you will not be disappointed.
I am just so thankful for The Club and the people who make it excel.

The Club is the best!! Seriously! Amazing trainers, wonderful childcare, great swim lessons, extremely clean, friendly staff... I could go on and on. I love this place and as a mom it's how I keep my sanity! I recommend it to all my friends.

I've been going to The Club since 2001 and have always had a wonderful experience every time I walk in the door. The trainers push me so I will have the best results possible. I always enjoy going to the doctor and hearing about the positive results with my health.
