Absolutely love these coaches. They work their butts off programming workouts for maximum results. You never know what you're going to get but you always end up pushing yourself and feeling great that you did. They have an uncanny ability to get at the source of whatever is holding you back and helping you work through it. Additionally, everyone that works out there is supportive. It's competitive, but we all cheer each other on. It's truly a community. You just can't get this at any other gym. I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I joined the gym and had a great experience working with the coaches and John was great at introducing the basics and theory of Cross fit.
Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership due to being new to the area and having my work schedule make continuing too difficult.
There was a bit of a communication issue regarding the cancellation due to problems with the email system, but it was able to be resolved. I understand that these things happen. Otherwise it was a 5 star experience and a nice business to support.
