The owner is very nice he also does personal training. The prices are good the service is good. The gym is clean and it's not packed like some of the other guys in town. I can get in and get it out wish I had knew about this gym years ago! If you want a small gym where you can come do you work it and leave this is the one for you! And they also offer affordable personal training sessions.
