Iron Forged Athletics has always been attentive, creative and responsive to the IFA members. It has always been a great pleasure to workout at IFA and that is due largely to the coaches and the environment they create. The steady evolving of the programming and addition of new programs over the years has shown the willingness of IFA to change to meet the myriad of needs of the members (or a more accurate description would be the "IFA family"). So, it shouldn't come as a surprise at the innovation and adaptation developed by IFA to meet the needs of the IFA family during the restrictions placed on IFA due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The innovation/adaption of workouts during this time have ranged from employing technology to deliver high quality coaching, to outdoor WODs (while maintaining safety of participants, employing and enforcing new and changing health dept rules), to individual programming and more adaptations than I can list or of which I am aware. The facilities and the equipment have always been clean and well maintained. IFA is in many ways the most unique athletic facility in Fayetteville and I am blessed to have the chance to work out there with the other amazing members. I plan on continuing to work out at IFA and I am looking forward to the interesting innovations/adaptions I know await us after reopening the facility.
This is the best place for gitting really fit! The coaches are great and the facility is well equipped and spacious!
After moving to Fayetteville, I checked out several gyms - conventional ones at that. I had never done CrossFit before so was nervous to try out IFA. After meeting the coaches and several members I immediately felt like part of a community. I'm grateful for IFA and I actually look forward to the workouts everyday!

Want to improve your athleticism? Get into a stronger, leaner version of yourself?? Here is where you do it. Huge warehouse that offers plenty of space for movement. All the equipment one needs to continuously grow in strength. And a staff, that truly has your best interest in their hears.
I was a member here for about 4 months and i liked it. The coaches were good but my HUGE issue with Iron Forged Athletics is when i signed up the gym agreed that when i was away for training with the Army i would not be charged and my membership would be on hold. A month before leaving I let them know I would be away for 3-4 months and not have access to a phone or any means of communication. They said no problem, and put my membership on hold. Once home from the training I realized a month after being gone they started to bill me while I was gone (also for about $10 more a month). Once I brought this to the owners attention, with all the email communication stating when I would be gone and that they would cancel my membership, they refused to refund my money and still are refusing to give me the $300+ I was billed for. After checking other crossfit gyms out in the area I also heard rumors that this is not the first time they have done this to service members as well. I would watch out for this if you are thinking of joining here.
Life changing experience loving Iron Forged, I have been going for 9 months I am down roughly 57 pounds and stronger physically and mentally ; more than I have ever been in my life. The facility is amazing the coaches, and fellow members are awesome just positive vibe all around! One word AWESOMENESS luv that I am blessed too call Iron Forged my home away from home :)
