I had never done this style of workout before and with the help of the great trainers I have gotten a lot stronger and have a lot more endurance. I appreciate the encouragement and healthy competition because it causes me to push hard at the end. At $55 for our family, it is one of the most affordable trainer led workouts I have found in Fayetteville and because each of the workouts are scalable everyone works hard in their fitness level. The biggest surprise was the professional level equipment that you have to see to believe. I leave smoked and come back for more.
