Von is amazing! She will work with everyone no matter what fitness level you are in! If you want results and not an ordinary gym feeling Crave fitness is the place to be! Crave fitness is the best! You will not feel judged!
P.s. during the hurrican Matthew disaster they opened their doors as a donation center took truck loads to disaster areas and Von the owner rode around in a bicycle giving away water and food to those in need!!!

Working with Von has been a blessing. She is more than a trainer. She motivates and encourages us in all aspects of our lives. Her heart is huge and the service she provides to the community unrelated to her fitness studio is amazing. She has helped me reach visible goals within a month. The service I have been provided by her is invaluable. This is clearly more than a business for her, but ministry.

Owner only cares about herself, especially at the expense of others. Instead of sending sympathy for someone losing their son she decides to promote her business. Disgusting. Was recommended this gym but rather go else where, where the owner has a heart.
