This is my favorite gym in the area. The instructors are all so awesome - very knowledgable, fun, and have great playlists. The work outs are always challenging, but instructors are great with modifications if needed.... more

Really good gym. Has a fun climbing wall with difficult setup, super good time! My favorite workout spot.. Has got to the one of the best gyms in the world. Treadmills, Cross trainers, cycles, rock climbing, pool, squash, racquetball, weight room, HIIT workouts and many more to keep you engaged and fit at all times.... more

So sad, the gym has closed. The nearest gyms are Velocity Fitness & Planet Fitness.. Scored a day off and came in. Glad I did. The free weight room is in the back and appears as big if not bigger than the main room.... more

Fantastic environment - everyone is so kind and it is very convenient to stop by for yoga 12-1 on weekdays from my nearby work. The practices are great for building strength and flexibility and there are modifications offered to make exercises more or less challenging.... more

Beautiful space with great equipment. Small, but not crowded. Locker rooms are super clean and showers are tiled floor to ceiling, individually sectioned off. You also can park in the deck for free 5:30am to 8am and then in 2 hour increments there after ... more

Not my favorite Y. You have to give up a personal item to get a locker key. The weight room is decent and they have an indoor track. I noticed a couple of the racks could use some work or updating but other than that it is decent.... more
