I got an induction massage yesterday, and when I arrived the door was locked and no one was there. The masseuse was 10 mins late and texted me only 5 mins before my appt started. My massage was also cut short 10 mins- starting at 12:50 and ending at 2:10.... more
This place is INCREDIBLE! They offer amazing clinics and classes that develop community and make it so you are able to call Yoga One home! Yoga One is amazing and we are lucky to have a place like it in our community! The teachers, the staff, the trainings and programs they offer are unbelievable! For for two children under 5 years old, it was only $5 and unlimited fun for both kids...they never wanted to leave.. Attended a birthday party here and it was very nice.... more

My children love this place. One of the best indoor places since DZ discovery zone.. Mondays are great. Barely anyone else there!. Don't get me wrong, this is absolutely a fun place for kids, but when you need to order hot food that need to be prepared, be aware that it might take a lot longer than you are willing to wait for.... more

Great family facility!. Not sure what anyone is complaining about, Its a smaller YMCA with less equipment with also less people so equipment is always available . Steam Room and Sauna didn't work for a while because it was old equipment but they have a new sauna and a brand new steam room which to me personally is the best steam room and sauna in all of Charlotte .... more
