Been a great experience so far. I have the black card monthly. Staff is awesome and helpful..Affordable and spacious. Because it has two floors, it doesn't feel crammed. I can get a lot done without ever having to wait for a machine, and people seem to mind their own business.... more

Undoubtedly best in Charlotte. Positive atmosphere. Never gets packed up full. Shower service is great. Kinda makes my soul happy everytime I visit there.I trained with Diara and she really kicked me into motivating myself! Great atmosphere and all state of the art equipment. Even saw that they are putting a cafe in soon..My son enjoyed the afterschool program here as well as the sports program. I also enjoyed what the membership had to offer as well as a free personal training session.... more

Planet Fitness as a whole will take your money even after you have cancelled your membership so please be careful. I cancelled last month and the money was still taken out this month.... more
I've been going for 7 years. Members are nice, but many of the guys are on roids, too many people filming themselves as well. The gym is filled with old equipment and carpet. It's the closest one to us so we use it, but when the YMCA comes in I'm definitely gone.... more

Have been going for about 8 weeks now. The main reason I selected Planet Fitness was because they offer the 30 minute workout, which is great for beginners like me. Trouble is, it's more like 40 a minute workout as you have to spend 10 minutes complaining to the staff to have someone monitor those that use the machines and don't move on.... more
The worst gym ever. You can never find empty equipment. They will steal your money anyway they can. If you cancel your membership, they will not stop it and take more money, and won't refund you unless you provide a copy of the cancelation.... more

I tried the free pass and went in a couple times to work out. Gym was decent. Prices were expensive but it's uptown so what can you expect. I needed to find a gym close to home. After deciding to join the gym, a couple of days later, I went in to do the paperwork and was actually talked out of it by a fast talking salesmen which happens to be the GM.... more
Its an okay gym. The staff at the front desk say hello when they see you, they seem nice and approachable. It is in a convenient location. The bathrooms are clean. However, it is always CROWDED.... more
Awful service. Pool is always closed. Customer service is very bad. I do not recommend this gym..Happy with the gym and was happy with the facility until I enrolled for swimming registration for my 6 year old.... more
