I love this gym everyone here who teach is very professional and have a awesome character. This gym have it all from fitness training, kickboxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.Great for family, kids and parents can train at the same time.

World class instructors and one of the nicest most spacious gyms I have ever seen. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. No matter what you are interested in, this place has it!

The experience at Cor is like no other. From the moment you walk in you are treated like family by both the coaches and other members.
I battle both anxiety and depression. Coming here, to this gym, does more for me than any medication has ever done.
I feel truly blessed to be apart of something so much more than myself.
