Working out with Jennah is incredibly fun and effective. I have enjoyed my workouts and have seen my body change each month. I would recommend the bootcamp to anyone who is looking for challenging and fun workouts. Jennah is an enthusiastic, caring, and knowledgeable trainer.

I've been working out with Jennah for several months now and although I can't say I love working out, I do love the way I feel the rest of the day when I do work out. I have lots more energy and I get lots of things done throughout the day. One of the first things I told Jennah when I started was "I don't want to run, I don't like it and I am not good at it". She said that was fine. This morning our warm up was jogging for 10 minutes and I DID IT! (Still can't say I liked it but I love being able to say I did it.) Working out with Jennah is the best thing I've done for myself in a long time! You ought to give Jennah a call, you'll be glad you did.

I haven't been able to stick with any sort of exercise plan here in Charlotte until I met Jennah! Her easy manner and the joyful person that she is makes the workouts fun as well as challenging. We work hard, but we have fun doing it! Everyone bonds very quickly since we are all doing the work together. If you think you can't do it... you can! Jennah takes you one step at a time and is able to challenge everyone at their own level.

I have worked with trainers in the past, and Jennah Hardy is by far the best. She is excellent in her instruction and advice, and she pushes you farther than you knew you could go. If you are searching for an experienced, educated, and excited trainer who loves what she does, then your search is over.
