This yoga class was recommended to me by a friend and I was hooked from the very first class over four years ago. The classes are always challenging and I feel stronger and more fit than maybe ever before. While the classes are demanding Linda also meets students where they are by teaching modifications to meet their needs. Also, if a student has a particular problem area in their body she supports that student by suggesting poses that might help work on the problem. Linda keeps the class interesting by introducing new poses and sharing inspirational themes that make the classes not just about poses but about living a peaceful and inspired life. Linda brings together a wonderful community of people to share this practice! I have taken yoga from many instructors over the years but have never been more challenged or inspired.

I have gained so much from my nearly 4 years of yoga class with Linda. The classes are a great mix of working to become stonger, have more flexibility and better balance, with an emphasis on proper alignment in every pose. And last, but so important, the classes are fun. Linda is a kind and nurturing teacher, with extensive training and skill.
I highly recommend her classes.

I've been going to Linda's classes for a year and a half now. She's an amazing teacher that guides you every step of the way into the many strengthening and balancing poses. I really feel so much stronger today because of her classes and I so enjoy the growth I have witnesses in my own body. The workouts are challenging for sure, but the 'yoga buzz' afterwards is so worth it. I feel and stand stronger today because of Linda's classes.

Linda has been my teacher for over eight years. She is a dedicated teacher and student, willing to share what she has learned and willing to learn from others. She is attentive to alignment, but gentle in her corrections. "Play" is a word we often hear meaning to pay attention to your body in a pose, finding just the "right" place to be. She is an inspiration to me.

My daughter Kate and I have been taking yoga classes from Linda for 5 years now. Linda is a wonderful teacher, always inspiring and encouraging. Her classes are fun and the workout is amazing! Yoga is a great thing to do for yourself and Linda is the best!

Linda has been my yoga teacher for almost 4 years. Her teachings not only improved my boby, but also my mind. She is kind, fun, encouraging, and innovative teacher. I highly recommend her yoga classes.
