I'm a female over 50 and I never thought I would be able to do Crossfit. I've belong to other gyms and either felt intimidated, wasn't challenged enough, or I was just confused and didn't utilize the equipment properly.
Plus, I felt lost in the crowd. When I started, I can barely do a push up and my squats were a joke. Stephanie is super encouraging and has helped me improve on my technique and building stamina. They also encourage eating Paleo, which I love. I lost 6 pounds in 5 weeks, lost inches and have never felt stronger and I have so much more energy. I really look forward to working out! If you think you're too old, or in poor physical shape, trust me, you can change it. and Steve and the team will give you all the help you'll need.
