Friendly staff, spacious and well equipped facility, and solid programming! I dropped in for a few days while I was traveling and loved working out with the folks here. They had tons of equipment so the workouts were a blast, and the coaches helped push me during the WOD's. Definitely check it out!
I stopped in 3 nights this week from out of town to CrossFit Charlotte and I was very impressed. I am very new to CrossFit so it can be very intimidating walking into a gym especially from not being local and the staff was so friendly. They greeted me each night and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you.

I recently started (March-ish) at the CrossFit Charlotte location and I have no complaints! Everyone there is super friendly and encouraging! I love the workouts because they constantly change from day to day and offer me new challenges. I have certainly increased my strength and endurance. I highly recommend checking them out!

This owner is the most Negative trainer I have ever met. He knows absolutely ZERO about getting rid of Lactic Acid build up. Total closed Mind! That is the most expensive thing this guy owns!
Stay away from this place if you want to stay healthy and see great results!
