I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up for the Iron Tribe Spring Partner Program. Several of my friends are members and each of them raved about the workouts and the community at Iron Tribe. Suffice it to say, they were right. From the first workout, the coaches have been nothing but supportive. I really enjoy the format of the workouts. Each workout starts with a group warm-up, progresses to the coaches explaining the workout with tips for how to ensure proper and correct technique, and then proceeds with a 20-30 minute workout that is challenging, yet approachable. Additionally, for someone who has not worked out much recently, the coaches are always able to provide suggestions for different movements if I need to scale a portion of the workout. I've also been genuinely impressed by the community at Iron Tribe. Everyone pushes each other to do their best without any of the macho mentality that I've seen in other gyms. The best part about Iron Tribe is how the group workout format challenges me daily to be physically active and work on my well being. This has helped me to lose weight, gain strength, and generally feel better throughout the day. Iron Tribe is a great place to get in shape with great people. #ITFCLT
