Vito Steel is the absolute best I came in for my professional consultation and he walked me through a realistic workout plan & meal plan I signed up to train for just a few months but months have turned into a year and change.... within 4 months of working out with Vito I had real results... I gained muscle, leaned out & regained the confidence that I lost after my third pregnancy. My before and after pics are still unbelievable... I am a sexy @ss mommy now... I successfully
reached my body goals thanks to Vito & the Charlotte RIPs fam.

I have been with Vito and Charlotte R.I.P.S. for almost two years. The expertise shared between the various trainers is astounding as they go above and beyond to ensure their clients are doing what is necessary for their fitness goals. If you haven't experienced Charlotte R.I.P.S. I highly recommend you give them a try. One of the trainers will fit your needs in your journey to a healthier you!

I love going to this gym!!! The trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will push you so be prepared to work but the results are awesome. Vito the owner is a great dude, very relatable. Highly recommend this place!!!! ENS

I promised I would review after i lost 15 pounds. And I have accomplished that in 6 weeks here. ALL the trainers are GREAT. Im looking forward to the next year for my body transformation.

March 19,2014 I sat down with Vito to do my fitness assessment/consultation weighing 193 lbs, needing to purchase size 14/16s & XLs, & completely out of shape. April 2014 I started my journey not able to complete a push up but wanting to lose weight, get in shape, and be able to look "good" wearing a bikini. As a cancer survivor I truly just wanted to be healthy!

From April 2014-present (yep, I'm still a faithful client with new fitness goals) I have watched my body transform! I'm still in shock by with my new body. I have lost over 30 lbs, inches, body fat %, & insecurities while gaining muscle, a new love for my "physically" fit body, education on the proper nutrition and fitness, that it will take to maintain my results, and an addiction to a fit lifestyle.

In August I was able to purchase 5 bikinis to celebrate my 35th birthday & show off my new body in Jamaica! Replaced my entire wardrobe with my new size SM/Med and 4/6s! In September 2015, updated my goals to body building! I never expected anything less because I knew I was training with the best!

I look forward to my session each week with my trainer Zack! I've made more progress in 6 months than on my own in 2 years! Would definitely recommend!

Honestly, I don't write much reviews but I have to give props to Charlotte RIPS in the area.

When I first came here, I was hesitant to start due to being out of shape. I hadn't worked out in over 2 years, I ate pizza for breakfast and worked at an office job.... Being mobile really wasn't my thing. After getting a physical where my blood pressure and cholesterol put me at risk for some health issues, I decided to make a change. I didn't know where to start but I decided to try Charlotte RIPS. Right away, Vito was very knowledgable and helped me feel comfortable by walking me through the process of what to expect and what was expected of me to see results. I've never been a gym rat but this is a place that I truly enjoy. It's only been about a month but already my overall health has improved and I'm starting to see results.

If you want to be in a workout environment that strives to empower you to work towards your goals whatever they may be, as well as start your journey towards a healthier lifestyle then I would recommend this place. Don't be fooled though, you have to put in the work. My trainer is Andre and he always provides one on one specialized training to work towards my goals. All of the trainers are dedicated towards helping their clients become better and they help you learn how to eat better and adopt fitness as a lifestyle.This place is affordable for the level of service provided and I highly recommend.
