No frills gym, has everything you need and then some for a great workout. Eileen, the owner is friendly and knowledgeable. Does not get overcrowded even at peak times because of the size.

One of the messiest, most disorganized, cluttered gyms I've ever been to with pricing line with some of the best gyms in Charlotte. Not a matching plate in sight and you can never be quite sure what the weight on the bar is. I always wanted to train at a "rustic" gym, but not one that's also a garbage dump. Certainly not paying for quality here and I can't wait until my membership ends.

Great place that has any piece of equipment that you can imagine and more. Management and employees are really nice and helpful with any questions. I come in at the busiest time of the day and 99% of the time the area I need to start my workout is available. I highly recommend this as the best gym in Charlotte.

I wanted a gym where I didn't need to worry about finding a squat rack or a barbell, and boy did I find it! There are something like 12 squat racks and even more barbells, a load of Olympic lifting platforms for all your deadlift, clean and snatch needs, and essentially every machine you could ever want. I only wish there was a directory of all the machines to understand how some of the more obscure ones work! What a great place - the open gym is AWESOME too -- sand bags, sleds, everything! So glad we found this place.

Truly a place that's focused on building an environment conducive to results. It's not a spa type of gym, it is more of a athlete's and fitness lover's paradise. You will not find the latest high tech machines and frills, but you will find everything you absolutely need to pursue your goals. I did a drop in here and was amazed. The hardest part was trying to decide if I wanted to do strongman, Crossfit, bodybuilding, or plyometrics. I felt like I was in a fitness toy store. This should be a franchise. They even had post-workout meals, which was delicious by the way. Definitely recommend this place if you're serious about the fitness lifestyle.

Best gym I've ever joined. Exudes an atmosphere of hard work and results. Members here are dedicated and encouraging of others and it really pushes you to work hard and get more out of a gym membership compared to big box fitness clubs

Best gym hands down! Superior staff, clean, with great equipment. The members are serious about training so you won't deal with the annoying types that frequent the chain gyms.

24 hour access. All the equipment you can think of. Extremely clean. Great staff. Fantastic environment. Can't think of any cons or another better gym in Charlotte.
