This place is INCREDIBLE! They offer amazing clinics and classes that develop community and make it so you are able to call Yoga One home! Yoga One is amazing and we are lucky to have a place like it in our community! The teachers, the staff, the trainings and programs they offer are unbelievable! All levels will excel here :) I did their 40 day challenge last spring and look forward to doing a teacher training here in the future! Thank you for everything you do Yoga One!

Good hot yoga studio which accommodates pretty sizable classes. The instructors are friendly and easy to understand. There are a variety of sessions to choose from, which are scheduled throughout the day. Their new-member trials are the way to go to get an idea of what sessions/instructors fit best with your practice.
I've done Power Beats and Power Flow here, which it's pretty intense/aerobic, compared to a slower class like Bikram. They play music at Power Beats, which is potentially distracting at times, if you're trying to follow the instructor.

When you enter you feel like you are a part of a true community. I have been practicing for 5 years and it is the first studio that I have ever heard celebrate their volunteer assistants as well as clap at the end of class. I now find it awkward when I practice at another studio and neither of those efforts are matched. Yoga One have set a standard in my mind for sure. 5 STARS

Cool studio! Such a cool vibe, sort of Beat Neck! Everyone is always so friendly, the classes arent over heated like a lot of HOT yoga places are. All of the instructors are consistant with the style tgey offer. The classes are usually PACKED ... last few times we practiced there, there were at least 60 people! Yet, it never feels claustrophobic... plenty of room to explore your poses! I live it when they have extra assists/adjustments too!

I signed up for a class through class pass. I arrived at 11:27. They turned me away stating they had given my spot to someone else and the class was at capacity. They pointed to their policy (arrive at least 5 minutes before class). They need to make this clear through class pass. They also should take into consideration how many people sign up through class pass before they start giving up spots. It left a really bad taste in my mouth. I frequent their dilworth location and my experiences have been nothing but amazing.

I started practicing at Yoga One about 4 years ago and was immediately drawn to the vigor and challenge of the physical practice. It was much more demanding than I imagined yoga being. Very quickly I became part of a vibrant, dynamic community of people who practice at Yoga One. These people are now among the best friends I've ever had. The staff and teachers are warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The teachers are powerful, energizing and calming; they are really exceptional. In my opinion, the Baptiste Vinyasa flow practiced at Yoga One is brilliant. Each teacher imparts his or her own style and energy, but the flow is reassuringly consistent and well-balanced. I've also been to other studios around Charlotte to try different styles of yoga. While there are a lot of good yoga studios and teachers in Charlotte, nothing matches the total experience of Yoga One - from walking in the door, to the incredible facility, to the warm welcome by the front desk staff, to the well-organized, well-run operation of the whole place. It's just an exceptional, total experience, and there's nothing else like it in Charlotte.
I've always wanted to try yoga. Ive had a mat for about 3 years and tried a few places. Yoga one is the first place that has made me feel at home. The staff is very friendly and the vibes are positive. I will definitely be sticking with the Yogaone family.
