I thoroughly enjoyed my 6 week Hard Body challenge at The Transformation Camp! Most of my life, I usually leaned more on the lazy side, which is why I decided to join this challenge, to prove myself I can stop being lazy and start looking and feeling GREAT!! I timed it right so I can ring in my 30th birthday by week 6, feeling STRONGER and more confident in my abilities at the Camp. Thea, Raven, and Corey were my personal favorite coaches as they all (in their own unique way) pushed me to work hard to get the results I needed to achieve my goal (lose at least 5% body fat). In the beginning (week 1 and middle of week 2) I DREADED coming in to work out but every time I walked out of class, boy oh boy was it worth it! I came out feeling satisfied, drenched and dripping sweat. I made new friends that held me accountable and seeing them workout with me helped to keep coming back. I achieved my goal and then some with a total loss of 6.2% body fat.
The Camp staff is great, the workouts are great, the equipment and gym space (plenty!) is awesome compared to other gyms I've visited in Charlotte.
