I highly recommend EFP to everyone regardless of age or fitness level! At age 59 I have significantly improved my range of motion due to a simple fitness plan for 2 of my problem areas, shoulders and hips. The plan also strengthens my core muscles which are the foundation for my total body wellness. Rich and Jeff have followed up with videoclips and pictures to further support my plan.
