Edge is a wonderful personal training/small group fitness class space. And ad a personal trainer Tracey is the best!! Whether I'm super motivated or not motivated at all I'm always happy to have been at Edge! And my core strength, balance and health show it!

Tracey is an amazing trainer, I was coming back from a dislocated shoulder and she found ways to effectively train me and rehab at the same time, the workouts are tough but worth it and the facility is great
