I've been a member here since 2013. It's a wonderful community of people sharing a common interest in health and physical fitness through CrossFit. I still struggle with some gymnastic movements and lifts, but you can scale reps or weight or substitute alternate movements and still get a challenging workout. The coaches, Robbie, Chip, and Nichol, are all very knowledgeable and supportive to athletes of all skill and fitness levels. Their main goals are to make sure we do the work safely and make improvements necessary to reach our personal health and fitness goals.
