Slightly higher prices than I usually like to pay for yoga clothes, but worth every penny. So comfortable and quality fabric!
This is a very nice workout apparel store in Southpark mall. I was shocked to find out they sell men's apparel as well.
Nice, inviting staff when we entered. Large selection of Lululemon clothing. Little messing from high traffic shopping. Men's and women's areas were well stocked. Not all fitting rooms were operable but did not appear to cause issues. Check line was several people deep.
I rarely ever am one to write reviews but I've had 2 negative experiences with this location in a week! I have gone to this location to purchase clothing multiple times. I find myself having to go out of my way to find a sales associate willing to help me. On top of that, whenever I ask an associate to help me out or grab me a size from the back they treat me like I'm the biggest annoyance there is. If you don't like working with people, why are you working in retail? An honest disappointment. Love lululemon but kind of hard to want to purchase $100 leggings from people who are blatantly rude to you.

I went shopping here before my vacation to Jamaica. I really appreciated the attention and assistance I was given by one of the workers. I think her name was Allison. She helped me pick out several outfits and wasn't too pushy at all. Also she didn't hesitate to help me find some of the items on the clearance rack so I didn't need to pay full price. I'm writing this review from Jamaica in my outfit that Allison picked out and I feel great! Overall I love these clothes and the experience in store was super positive. Keep up the great work.

Lululemon in the southpark mall is one of the gems of Charlotte. Not because how beautiful the store is (it is pretty) but because of the people who work in it. This is a store than lives the way it talks. These people are some of the friendliest most helpful people you could ever meet. I for one love the clothes...but you can buy fitness clothes anywhere... what makes this store different are the quality of people who are there to help you. Not only will they help you find the right outfit, but they will help you feel great also.
I have no idea what the Shannon girl in the previous reply is talking about. I've never left this store without feeling like I've made new friends. She probably was just demanding to have the employees personally shop for her while they had other guests as well. I'm happy to know hat lululemon doesn't cater to entitled people like her. It's for everyone

We visited Lululemon twice so far within one week. The staff was very helpful, welcoming, and friendly. The first time we visited, we were very unsure which style of shorts to buy, but to my surprise the lady was able to pick out the perfect pair according to just looking at my body type. They are currently my favorite pair of shorts. The next time we visited, we were in need for a certain style of pants. The store was currently out of stock of what we were looking for. The lady was able to call another store with the pants in stock and they overnight shipped them to us. Overall we love Lululemon in South Park and would 100% recommend!
Been here several times and it's alright. The selection is pretty typical, but unfortunately the staff can be somewhat annoying and overwhelming. I can't speak to all of them, just the ones I've interacted with.
I was shopping last week, (I'm a regular- have spent more money on lulu yoga clothes than I spend on actual food). I told a sales associate that I'd like to try a different size while I was in the dressing room- first of all, she said I'm sorry I can't help you any further, if you'd like another size, you can get it yourself, we are not permitted to get clothes for customers (NEVER have I ever had a sales associate say that to me at lulu.) so I took a deep breath, left the dressing room and asked to speak to a manager. The MOD, Lynn, I believe was her name- basically told me that her associate was correct and that I could take my business elsewhere. Cool. I'd rather order FABLETICS online than ever go back to that store again. Ruined my ENTIRE lulu experience.
I was skeptical of trying out lululemon but once I walked into this store I'm so glad I did. Every staff member I have even spoken to here has been fantastic. The customer service is amazing! I have actually gone out of my way to buy in store rather than online even though shipping is free just because of how excellent the customer service is.
I was in the store trying on baller hats and tanks for at least 20 mins. I was never greeted or ask for any help by any of the four staffs that were on the floor. They just kept walking by like I wasn't there. The only time I was helped was when I made my purchase. Thanks for the best customer service Luluemon @ Southpark....NOT!
