I want to star off by saying I never write reviews, but I was so insulted and disrespected by a team member of this bussiness that I will be making sure everyone knows about this before they do bussiness with them. I bought a groupon for this place since they are located right across the street from my job. Unlikely the other people complaining about not being able to get an appointment, I received a phone call the day after I left a message from a nice lady, she asked me to text "Jeff"who would be helping me with getting an appointment. I went ahead and text this person, introduced myself and let him know I was given his number to make an appointment. His response was "Tuesday 12". I was surprissed by the unprofessional response, but went ahead and let him know that I needed another day. The following messages were not any better, so I politely let him know that I was calling back the main number and I thanked him for his time. Personally, I would not trust anyone that is that unprofessional to do any type of bussiness, especially a if it is a massage! His reply was "so you dont want your spot". I let him know that I suggested he was more professional or have manners, at the very minimun, when dealing with CUSTOMERS, he then texted "you need mental help". I reached out to a bussines and I get this treatment? What type of business is this? Needles to say, I am reporting this bussiness to the Better Business Bureau and to the North Carolina Board of Massage. There is no reason for someone who is spending money to buy services to be treated in such a disrespectful way. I gave this business a 1 star because I couldnt give them a 0! I would never recommend this business.
