Great coaching. Just not very welcoming or personable and that's what I look for in a gym. I expect more from coaches.

I attended Northlake for a year, and it was the best year I could've asked for. They have great experienced coaches who are willing to help no matter what. The programming is also some of the best i've seen from dropping in at other boxes. I moved to the new city by myself where I didn't know anyone, JB and his staff soon instantly became like a family to me. If you're looking for a place to call home and make new friends while also making some "Gainz" then CrossFit Northlake is the place for you! :)

Awesome gym! I've been in facilities all over the country, and these guys are fantastic. Excellent coaching & training. Great attention to detail, and the community is second to none.
Crossfit Northlake exemplifies the definition of inclusivity. As a community of former athletes, business folks, and families; Jason and Amy Bright have done a amazing job actualizing their vision!
I highly recommend this Box to anyone new or old to fitness, they have amazing coaches and equipment to accelerate your growth with an incredible amount of Fun!
