Same review that others have written. They bought all the contracts from another gym, then try to tell you that you have to give 30 days notice to cancel. When you complain, all they say is that they are the premier gym in Charlotte., like you should feel privileged to have them charge your credit card. I would have joined this gym if I wanted to be a member. They way they do business only confirms that I don't want to be a member.
Overall great gym. Locker rooms and facility are always clean, staff is always nice and the group fitness classes are great. The three instructors always design a great workout and push you to be better.
Participate in the lunch time classes. Great structure & environment. Really enjoy all three weekday instructors (Tara, Joe, & Sydney).
