I want to like this place, i really do. The teachers are good and the vibe seems nice. But with the recent change in ownership they have made some unfortunate changes. Almost all class times have been shortened to one hour. Unless you live within a short drive of the studio, it's almost not worth the drive through Charlotte traffic for an hour class. Also almost all classes are suffocatingly hot. I understand the appeal and benefits of warm and some hot classes. I just wish there were a greater variety of classes on the schedule. Unless you like it really, really hot, (like light-headed, i-need-to-get-out-of-here hot), then this studio has limited appeal.

I LOVE this studio! The staff is kind and friendly. The space (I go to the South End location) is beautiful and a wonderful place to practice.
Very disappointed in management ! Studio heating system is not professional. I stand next to a heater and pass out few times! Always packed and crowd! Recently tried to contact manager and owner by email, phone, left notes, but nobody cares about customers, only in profit :( they finally responded with big delay, but no result... Not go there anymore :(

I have tried a variety of YOGA places from Lake Norman to Blakeney.
What I LOVE about Charlotte Yoga is the feeling.
The staff isn't snobby. They make a genuine effort to learn and remember your name.
The classes are challenging, yet teaches to all levels for newbies. The music at Charlotte Yoga ROCKS. They put the fans on sporadically and open the door.... which is a little piece of heaven.
