Love the staff and the variety of workouts!

Returning to Arrichion for even one class makes me feel like I'm coming home. It doesn't hurt that I was greeted with a hug from Jenna & Clay at the door.
So so so love going home to my Arrichion fam and really enjoyed introducing my husband to the Arrichion signature hot studio + MMA Yoga.
Such a deep, wonderful practice & workout!!

I go everyday, I love the heat and love the challenge, but I really wish they would mix up the music and the routines

This has been such a great experience. I got the deal for the 20 classes and did 15 so far. Its feels great at the end of each workout. The trainers are great, so is the location. I definitely have a long way to go but the fact that its challenging makes me want to go back. The pops at the end of a class are something I look forward to

I love the staff and I love the overall "vibe" of the gym. It's such a positive and uplifting place to be. It has easily become the highlight of each day I get to attend a class and has helped me get back on track with my fitness and journey to self love. I would describe the classes to be challenging yet relaxing. I came into the gym having never taken a yoga class let alone a HOT yoga class and I left my very first class thinking "wow that was awesome!" and I have been eager to come back ever since. I have already recognized my progress and I can't wait to continue to grow my practice!

Based on the what I saw on arrichion's social media I thought this studio would have a more fun upbeat vibe. The yoga studio is kind of blah; a sound system is needed and better lighting than $20 worth of Christmas lights. Wake up this dreary studio with some proper led lighting. It seems like the Raleigh location has everything I wish this one had. The talking prohibition in the studio creates a weird awkward silence instead of fostering community. The style of instruction is a bit robotic and the music was meh. There isn't any personality injected, it's almost bikram uptight. It's a decently sweaty workout but just doesn't have the secret sauce to make it feel special. Attached is what actual lighting looks like in a fun hot yoga studio.

I always said I wasn't really a yoga person but when a friend started teaching here I bought the $20 for 20 days pass to be supportive and be in her first class. I was hooked after her class. In the 20 days I took 11 classes trying 6 of the 9 class types offered. I liked all 6 that I tried and 2 of them I adored. They are challenging but you go to where you can go and there is nothing but support coming from the instructors. I definitely have to rethink my whole not being a yoga person.

I cannot say enough good things about Arrichion. I have been a member since late January 2013, and will earn my 500 class band within the next two weeks. The studio has become more like an extended family to me than a gym. The owners, Quinn & Clay, actively work to help each of their members find their groove and meet their goals. I love the fact that the yoga classes are the same each and every time... there are different classes for every level, but the scripts for the individual classes remain consistent from day to day and teacher to teacher. This makes it easier to plan for your individual goals/needs on a daily basis. Some days you need to push it just that much harder, and for those days there is Bloodstone, Tiger's Eye, Warrior, and Black Opal... On other days your muscles are sore and you just need a good stretch and sweat, and for those days, they have Topaz or Diamond... either way, sweat WILL be involved. My skin has improved with my conditioning at Arrichion, my endurance is through the roof, and my immune system is constantly kept in check because of the insane water intake to continue pursuing these hot and intense classes. Working hard here has encouraged me even further towards a healthier, balanced life. I will be coming here as long as they are open, and I am able! LOVE it so very much!

To any guy on the fence about joining a hot yoga gym: Try it. Don't not try it. In fact, to ANYONE on the fence about it. You can do it!

I started at Arrichion about 2 years ago when a friend of mine gave me her soon-expiring groupon just before she left for vacation. I went to a few classes, and discovered quickly that not only did I like the challenge, and the fact that it gave me a chance to get in my own head and compete against myself, it also made me a better all-around athlete.

I'm primarily a cyclist, and yoga has helped me to be more flexible on the bike (which means I can get tucked into the drops just a little tighter, and have no back pain after a 4-6 hour ride). I've also dropped a bunch of weight since joining, and have gotten lots stronger, thanks to the group weightlifting and circuit classes offered at Arrichion.

This is all not to mention the people there. The gym is run by the friendliest, most accepting, down-to-earth group you'll ever meet. They'll work with you to help you get better and stronger at everything you do. From elite endurance athletes to triathletes to dancers to hobbiests to runners and people just trying to get into shape, there's so many great people at Arrichion, you'll wonder why you wasted your time NOT going there before.

It's a game changer, and a life changer. You won't want to stop. I haven't, some 200 classes later. And I'll be back for more.

I've been going to Arrichion Hot Yoga almost every day for the past 3 years. I never imagined I would find a yoga studio that offered a wide variety of classes along with circuit and weight training that pushed me every day, combined with teachers always willing to challenge and support me, and members with whom I would grow close and eventually call true friends. After my first few classes at Arrichion, I knew that I had finally found all three.

The atmosphere created by the teachers and members stands out the most and is unlike any other yoga studio I have ever attended. Each day, you can come as you are and know that you will be surrounded by good people encouraging you to help reach your personal fitness goals, whatever they may be. The workouts are intense and the class schedule is set up in a way that offers a wide range of classes at different times throughout the day to accommodate all types of home and work schedules. Of the core classes that I take Monday through Saturday, each one is different than the other and getting to the studio at some point is never an issue, even with a busy schedule and two small kids at home.

My physical and mental health have never been better. I'm actually stronger today in my late 30s than I was in my early 20s and am excited about what goals I will reach next. I'm thankful every day that Arrichion is such an integral part of my life.
