I just completed the Rockbox Fitness Six Week Challenge! The Gym is excellent offering multiple classes and open gym times to suit your daily needs.The atmosphere while working out is just as excellent. The music and mood lighting add to the allure of the workout. More importantly, the coaches are great! They know their stuff! The workouts are about 45 minutes and range from intense to really intense. The gym caters to a variety of people from all walks of life, and whether you know someone or not, everyone pushes one another to achieve their individual fitness goals. I specifically worked out at the Wilkinson Boulevard location and came in around 188lbs and 18.2% body fat. As former collegiate and semi professional basketball player, I needed something fun and challenging to help me tone up. My coach, G, helped me reach my goal of reducing my body fat to about 13%, by getting me on a diet plan suited for my needs, holding me accountable, and by providing an open channel of communication at all times (which I probably abused sending him pics of food and asking random fitness questions). Great classes, great staff, and they even supported the community with a back to school drive/workout! All that and I didn't even mention the best part of the workout -- YOU GET TO PUNCH THINGS! Highly recommend.
