Planet Fitness is my home away from home. Clean, fitness equipment, friendly staff. Great place to get back on shape at an affordable price. Black card members have hydro massage and massage chairs. I have sciatica so I luv this room as regular massages are expensive!

I only gave a 2, because I had just had my account reactivated with a zero balance this past Friday & after re-thinking the situation , I realized i really can't fit going to planet fitness in my schedule right now, eventhough i would like to be able to. I then called Planet Fitness at 4:37 this afternoon to see if i can come there today to cancel my membership & was advised i can cancel my membership at anytime & i told the guy i'm on my way there to cancel it. Then when i arrived i advised the young lady who i had just spoke with & to please cancel my account, but she said no because there is a balance and asked me could i come back there Monday. I came home pulled up my account & i have proof that i don't have a balance owed.. Normally in the past i have given good reviews for this location and because this was once my favorite location to go to , but as of today I've changed my mind.

Great management. Great trainers. Excellent equipment. Fantastic place to workout, make a new friend & take a hot shower afterwards.

I joined Feb 2017 wanting to lose 10 lbs & in 5 months lost 16!
Enjoy the 30 min Express workout.
Gets my blood pumping! Glad I joined!

In town for the weekend and some friends and I decided to do a late night workout routine. Friendly front desk reps, 24hrs gym, clean environment (which is always good) not crowded. Kind of on the smaller side but Great fitness center for sure.

Awesome. They mean it when they say it's a "no judgement zone." Preening and grunting, strutting and dropping weights are not tolerated. Trainers are helpful and setting up a program is free. Keep in mind the trainers are there to help you set up a program and ensure you are using proper form. They do not offer individual ongoing training sessions. They have a wide drinks and sundry items. Some great post workout add-on features

I had to go in today to cancel my membership because I am 7 mon pregnant. I was honestly expecting a hassle from them and all these crazy fees. Christine took care of me and the process took all of 2 minutes. She was FABULOUS. Didn't hassle me into keeping the membership or try selling me anything crazy, she was super personable and understanding. This location is never very crowded which is really nice, highly recommend!

the person who took care of me at the entrance did not let my guests enter and it was very rude the Mexican when attending this place I do not recommend anyone recommend

Been a member here 2.5 years & come 3-5x/ wk. Always clean, cool & well staffed. Never an overwhelming crowd. My only complaint is the ever annoying 'planet fitness' music selection. It's SO bad. Don't get me started. Advice: bring headphones and use their free WiFi. Annoyance handled!

Great, low cost gym if you already have your own program. Large, comfortable, and friendly gym. Large number of exercise machines with multiple numbers of each machine to minimize waiting to include free weights in the form of dumb bells. Large floor space that is organized into different area so usually space is no problem. Easy check-in with key chain id. Once again, can't beat the price for what you get in this new, up to date facility.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! MY HUSBAND GOT THE BLACK MEMBERSHIP AND HE BROUGHT ME WITH HIM AS A GUEST FOR THE FIRST TIME . WE ASKED ABOUT THE MASSAGE CHAIR AND THE GYM ATTENDANT GAVE ME AND MY HUSBAND 2 COINS EACH , WHEN WE FINISH WE WENT FOR THE MASSAGE CHAIR AT THAT TIME IT WAS A DIFFERENT ATTENDANT SHE GAVE ME HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! SHE ASKED ME TO GET OUT OF THE MASSAGE ROOM AND TOLD ME TO GIVE HER BACK THE COINS. I KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 6 YRS . SHE COULD OF LET ME USED THE MASSAGE CHAIR FOR THAT TIME ONLY AND SAID I CANT USE IT NEXT TIME, THATS FINE TO ME BUT FROM THIS EXPERIENCE SHE MADE ME FEEL VERY LOW AND TOMORROW I WILL GO TO TALK TO THE MANAGER AND CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP.
